April 7, 1976 Mrs. Geran Miller Marilyn Stominger weds Gerald The marriage of Miss Marilyn Jane Strominger, Harvestview Apts. Mount Joy, to Gerald Lester Miller, took place Saturday, April 3, at 11 a.m., at the St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, Mount Joy, with the Rev. W. Richard Kohler offici- ating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth B. Strominger, 307 W. Eliza- beth Street, Maytown. She was graduated from Done- gal High School and Mes- siah College Grantham, with a B.A. in sacred music and a B.S. in music education. She is self employed as a private music teacher in piano and voice and is director of choral music at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, Mount Joy. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester S. Miller, Rheems. He was graduated from Elizabeth- town High School and is employed by National Cen- tral Bank as supervisor in the International Banking Division. Mrs. Marcia L. Strine, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Brides- maids were Mrs. Lois Kern and Miss Jennifer Kohler. Miss Jodi Bixler was flower girl. Kenneth B. Strominger, Jr., brother of the bride, was best man. Robert S. Strine and Michael R. Master Thomas Kern was ringbear- er, The bride wore an A-line Satin gown, accented with lace. Her floorlength man- tilla was attached to a Juliet headpiece. She carried a cascade of pink roses, white daisies and white orchids. Frank A. McConnell was organist, and Mrs. Yvonne A. Robinson was soloist. Gift receivers were Mrs. Martha Bixler and Mrs. Mary Ellen Kohler. A reception was held after the ceremony at Hostetter’s Banquet Hall. Following a trip to Florida, the couple will be at home at Harvestview Apartments, Mount Joy. L. Hoffman engaged Mr. and Mrs. John H. Hoffman, Jr., of 120 North River Street, Maytown, an- nounce the engagement of their daughter, Linda Diane Hoffman, to Tim Classen. Miss Hoffman is a 1971 graduate of Donegal High School and a 1975 graduate from Goshen College, Gos- hen, Indiana.
