He was the husband of Myrtle Bates Sipling. Bern in Rewenna, he was the son of Raymond M. Sipling, Rheems; and the late Estella C. Sipling. He was ce-oewner of Sipling’s Pet Shep, Mount Joy, and had dene carpentry work for Howard Sipling, Rheems. He had been associated with Kinsey Archery Preducts Company, Mount Joy, for the past 20 years. He served with the Navy in World War II for four vears with the rank of aviation ordinance man first class. In the Eurcpean- African theater he was a- beard the USS Bernadou and in the Pacific theater, he served on the USS Belleau Woed. He was awarded six battle stars. He was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Mcunt Joy, W. S. Eberseld Post 185, Ameéri- can Legion, and the Mount Joy Merchants Association. In additien te his widow and father, he is survived by two brethers and three sisters: Howard C., Mari- etta R1; Ray C., Mount Joy R1; Dorothy C., wife of Earl K. Meyers, S3, of 116 East Main Street, Mount Joy, died unexpect- edly at his home Friday at 8:55 a.m. He was the hus- band of the late Ruth Bink Meyers. Born in Mount Joy, he was the sen of Mae Shickley Meyers and the late Arthur H. Meyers. He attended the Calvary Bible Church, Mcunt Jey, and served in the U.S. Navy during World War Il. He was employed as a serviceman for Garber Oil Cempany, Mount Joy. Surviving besides his mother are a grandson, Jamie, at home; a daughter, Gynieth, wife of William Haupt, East Petersburg; and four other grandchild- ren. Also surviving are the following brethers and sis- ters: Ethel, wife of William Baughman, Mount Joy; Rev. H. Frysinger, 8 Runnemede Avenue, Lans- downe, PA 19050, after a long illness, died February Sth at Friends Hall in Phila- delphia. She was the mother of Daniel C., Glen Mills, PA and William E., New Hart- ford, CT. She is survived by cne Christine Barker of PA and five sister, Harleysville, grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 14th at 2 p.m., at the Monthly Meeting of Friends, 4th and Arch Streets, Philadelphia. Internment will be private at the Middletown Meeting of Friends in Delaware County. FLORENCE M. ZINN Mrs. Florence M. Zinn, 73, of Marietta Ril, died Sunday at her home around ncen, fellewing an extended illness. She was the wife of Earl T. Zinn. Bern in East Donegal Township, she was a daugh- ter of the late Charles and amanda Meorganthau Strawsbaugh. She was a self-empleyed seamstress for 30 years. She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Maytoewn. She and her husband observed their S6th wedding aniversary on November 25, 1975S. Surviving besides her husband, are a daughter, Minerva, wife of Harold . Irwin, Lancaster; a son, Gerald, Marietta, Rl; two grandchildren, and a sister, Lavina, wife of John Wen- zel, Mountville. " MARGARET McCURDY Mrs. Margaret McCurdy, 75, of 800 Walnut Street, Columbia, died Friday at 3:20 p.m., at Lancashire Hall Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. The widow of Clayton McCurdy, she was born in Highmount, York County, a daughter of the late Robert and Alice Shue Bowers. She was a member of Women of the Moose. Surviving are two daugh- ters, Alice, wife of Paul R. Pickle, Jr., Encla, and Mrs. Patricia Fogie, Columbia, with whom she resided; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. LLOYD EBERSOLE Lloyd Brandt Ebersole, 73, of 210 East Main Street, Mount Joy died at St. Joseph Hospital on Saturday evening after an illness of five days. He was the hus- band of Margaret E. Hal- bleid Ebersole. Born in Middletown, he was a son of the late David M. and Alice Brandt Eber- scle. He lived in the Mount Jay area for the past 52 years and was employed by the Mount Joy Borough for 16 years before retiring in 1968. Prior te that, he worked for Kline Chocolate Company, Elizabethtown, for 25 years. He was a member of Crossroads Brethren in Christ Church and the Loyal Oder of Moose, Ledge 596, Elizabethtown. - Besides his widow, he is survived by five sons and three daughters: David H., Elizabethtown R4; Norman C., Mount Joy; Ray R., Bainbridge; Harry J., Mcunt Joy; Lloyd B.
