Kindergarten in the Lake- Lehman School District is an all-day program. Parents or guardians must accompany the student dur- ing the registration process and present a birth certificate, two proofs of residency (driv- er’s license and utility bill with address) and immuniza- tion record for the child. Im- munizations required are the three doses of hepatitis B, three doses of polio, four dos- es of DTP (fourth dose after the fourth birthday), two dos- es of MMR and two doses of varicella vaccine or history of disease. Parents are asked to regis- ter their child at the building they will be attending. Registration dates are as follows: Lehman-Jackson Elemen- tary, 675-2165, Tuesday, Feb. 21; Lake-Noxen Elementary, 639-1129, Wednesday, Feb. 22; Ross Elementary, 477-5050, Thursday, Feb. 23. The time schedule will be the same at each elementary following alphabetical order of the last name: 9 a.m.: A-E, 10 a.m.: FJ, 11 a.m.: KO, 1 p.m.: P-S, 2 p.m.: T-Z.
