The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Dallas High School and a 2010 graduate of Mans- Andrew Stout and Heather Regnosky field University of Pennsylva- nia, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is currently employed as a substi- tute teacher for Keystone Cen- Shore Area School District and Loyalsock Township School District. The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Dallas High School and is currently pursu- tral School District, Jersey ing his bachelor’s degree in Rec- reational Management at Lock Haven University of Pennsylva- nia.
