Diana Pickett Berry Back Mountain Memorial Library Auction Plant Booth Chair TRAINS ON DISPLAY Jake Nita's train collection will be on display for the month of August at the Back Mountain Memorial Library. Jake is the son of Rita and Leo Nita, of Shavertown. He is 7 years old and will enter second grade at Wycallis Elementary School. Jake's inter- est in trains started when he was very young and he has been collecting them for about five years. He says he sometimes re- ceives trains as gifts and also purchases some himself to add to his collection. His favorites are the construction trains and the steam engine. An interesting fact about trains that Jake would like to share is that the number of wheels on the train deter- mines how the train is named. For example: the number of the “Big Boy” is 4664, reflecting how the wheels are arranged on the train.
