Philharmonic will perform a con- cert at 7:45 p.m. on Monday, July 4 at Kirby Park in downtown Wilkes- Barre. The performance, which will mark the 31st year of the Fourth of July Philharmonic Concert, will be followed by a fireworks display. This performance is again being sponsored by The Martz Group, a 31-year supporter of the Philhar- monic and of the annual Independ- ence Day Concert in Kirby Park. Both performances will feature patriotic songs such as the Armed Forces Salute, Liberty Bell March, Stars & Strips along with some Broadway and movie favorites.
