Plenty of winners at Dallas Harvest Fest The Eighth Annual Dallas Harvest Festival was held under blue skies and in warm temperatures on Sept. 19. Sprawling along Main Street and spilling over into adjacent parking areas, the festival was bigger and better than ever this year. In addition to top-notch entertainment, participants enjoyed food, crafts and bargains as they strolled among the festival’s many ven- dors.
