Dallas Rotary, Friendly’s team up to hold fundraiser Sept. 24 The Dallas Rotary Club and Friendly’s in Dallas will join forces to host a tasty fundraising event from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24. Monies raised will benefit the annual Rotary Christmas Shopping Spree for 45 less fortunate children in the Back Mountain area. Friendly’s will donate up to 20 percents of its proceeds from that time period to the shopping spree event.
