Born in Courtdale, she was a graduate of Luzerne High School. Before retiring, she was employed as a seamstress by Ann-Will Garment, Kingston. She was a member of the Courtdale United Methodist Church. Surviving are her son, Wilbur J. Jr., Lake Wallenpaupack; her daughter, Linda Foulkrod, Court- dale; four children; four grand- children.
