Locals honored by Geisinger Eight members of the Dallas Fire and Ambulance Association were honored with the 2009 Outstanding Emergency Med- ical Service Provider of the Year Award by the Geisinger Health System at an awards ceremony held recently at the Wilkes- Barre East Mountain Inn.
