Guest speaker Cory Adams, legal analyst for the Pennsylvania State Association of Supervi- sors (PSATS,) spoke about upcoming legal issues and updated the new laws that affect townships to the over 150 township supervisors, managers, secretaries and employees in attendance along with 25 vendors of municipal services and prod- ucts. Other guest speakers included Kenny Grimes, president of PSATS; State Representative Karen Boback, Brian Grove, chief of staff for Senator Lisa Baker; Hazleton Mayor Louis Barletta, Lu- zerne County Commissioner Steve Urban and representatives from the Pennsylvania Depart- ment of Transportation, Municipal Services, the Department of Environmental Protection and the Luzerne Conservation District.
