It is no secret that many victims of tragic accidents, medical ' malpractice, product defects and other civil wrongdoings choose not to pursue their rights and seek the financial justice they deserve. This is especially true of our senior « citizens and others in the + community who feel our legal system doesn’t protect the “little guy.” I don’t believe for a second Nevertheless, I feel honored to share with you what I have learned over the past 23 plus years as a trial law- yer in an attempt to provide you with a greater under- standing of our civil system. It is my hope that you will have a better understand- ing of the system so that if the unexpected happens, you will not be discouraged from pursuing your rights. This designa- tion is the first step in securing any additional project funding from PennDOT. “We will continue pushing for safety improvements on Route 118,” said Baker. “Accidents hap- pen, but by deterring speeding motorists and making the appro- priate enhancements, we can eliminate unnecessary dangers for those traveling this road.” Additional safety precautions improve visibility. PennDOT has replaced outdated signs at Fedor Road and Idetown Road and will complete additional upgrades by the end of April.
