Parade Misericordia Homecoming features fun movies, stars The “Roll out the Red Carpet” theme of Misericordia University’s Homecoming Parade last Saturday featured a fun look at hit movies and Oscar-award winning actors, actresses and movies. There were also plenty of prizes and surprises for spectators along the parade route. The Homecoming Parade was part of “University Year” and wound its way through the streets of Dallas Borough and Dallas Township where families and children lined the parade route and joined in the fun. The parade was just one of a slate of homecoming events that included an open house for prospective stu- dents and their parents as well as the field hockey, volley- ball and men’s and women’s soccer teams competing in home matches.
