Wysocki, of Lehman, began her career at Penn State Wilkes- Barre in July of 2000 in the Continuing Education depart- ment and now works in Student Support Services. She was rec- ognized for her exceptional leadership as co-chair of the Campus Environment Team where she co-coordinated such programs as Free Fun Fridays, @: Martin Luther King Jr. Week ‘of Community Service, and the Poverty Awareness Meal. She is one of four members of her immediate family currently enrolled at Penn State Uni- versity. Rushmer is director of Insalaco Center Bernadette L. Rushmer, of Shavertown, was recently named the director of the In- salaco Center for Career Devel- opment at College Miser- icordia. At College Misericordia, Rushmer will coordinate the center’s strate- gic goals, bud- getary plan- Rushmer ning, implementation and all aspects of the center, including the Guaranteed Placement Program. She will build collab- orative relationships and serve as the contact for administrative officers concerning occupation- al/industry trends and projects. The Insalaco Center for Ca- reer Development at College Misericordia also provides ca- reer development and job search counseling for students and alumni, and oversees experi- ential educational programs, like internships and job shad- owing. Rushmer has been employed at College Misericordia since 2004. She most recently was the interim director of the center after serving as its corporate relations coordinator and assist- ant director. Rushmer earned her bache- lor’s degree in biological sci- ences with a minor in chemistry from the University of Pitts- burgh. She received her master of business administration with a concentration in leadership and marketing from Bingham- ton University.
