GAZEBO Continued from Page 1 sentation to Rudolph on behalf of the Friends of the Library. First Lady Laura Bush, a for- mer librarian, sent a letter and an autographed picture to com- memorate the event. The letter congratulated Rudolph on her retirement and noted, in part, “I hope you find great satisfac- tion knowing of the many young readers who have learned to love reading books because of your guidance.” Rudolph was visibly touched by the evening’s events. “It’s very special,” said Ru- dolph after receiving the items, which were framed by Joe Hand for the occasion. “I miss the kids and their families but I am enjoying myself.” The gazebo can be seen on the Huntsville Road side of the library. There is a dedication plaque on the wall noting Ru- dolph’s 35 years of service to the library. “I think it’s a beautiful trib- ute to her,” said Stager. “She was always so dedicated to the children.” DALLAS BOROUGH M23 Back Mountain Floral by Tami M24 Prissy's of Vidalia M25 Emily Machovec M26 IGOURMET.COM M27 Nancy McDonald - Cub & Boy Scouts M28 buka and Bathologie M29.
