Lauren Collini led off the game with a single and Cory Patton followed by getting hit by a pitch. The duo executed a double steal, and Collini scored on Sara Swepston’s bunt. Lindsey McCabe tor added a two- run single, and Dallas had equaled the runs it scored against Nanticoke and standout pitcher Jess Brenner in a 3-0 victory on April 11. Dallas upped its advantage to 50 in the top of the sixth. On the mound, Collini allowed just two base runners in the first five innings. Nanticoke picked up two runs in the sixth and posted a big threat in the seventh, getting three of its seven hits against Collini. Swepston came on in relief and retired the final batter with runners on second and third to end the game. Lake-Lehman 7, Hanover 3 May 12 — Sheree Horvath worked a four-hitter and fanned 17 batters, while Jess Maciecjzak led at the plate by going 3-for-4 with a double, triple and two runs scored. Amanda Frain added a two-run triple for the Black Knights, who also got RBI hits from Sarah Navin and Alaisha Sherwood.
