BASEBALL Tunkhannock 6, Lake-Lehman 5 May 5 — Tunkhannock scored a run in the top of the seventh to break a 5-all tie. Lehman held a 3-1 lead until the Tigers scored three in the top of third inning and one more in the fourth. The Knights fought back to tie up the score with two more runs in the bottom of the fourth. Chad Crispell scored three runs and knocked in two to lead the Tigers and Kraig Givens added two hits and two RBI Ryan Besteder went 2-for-3 to lead Lake-Lehman. BOYS VOLLEYBALL Lake-Lehman 3, N. Pocono 0 May 5— Led by Cory Spencer in the first two games and the latter part of the third, the Black Knights swept North Pocono in a battle of unbeaten teams. Lehman won the opener 25- 16 and the second game 27-25 as Kenny David completed a comeback by tapping a middle hit around a double block. Lehman controlled the early going in the third game, then rallied for a 25-22 victory. Spencer recorded 33 kills and eight blocks. Hitter Craig Thomas added 11 kills and four blocks. David finished with 38 assists. Dallas 3, Pittston Area 0 May 4 — Jordan Belschner led the Mounts with 13 aces, 26 service points, 10 assists and five kills. Corey Hine added 11 kills and three aces, and Dan Retzena had five aces for Dallas. Tunkhannock 3, Wyoming Valley West 0 May 3 — Kenny Young led the Tigers with 19 kills, Mike O’Mara recorded eight blocks and Eric Kyttle contributed 22 assists.
