Arthritis exercise course offered in Dallas The Arthritis Foundation will conduct a PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) program beginning Tuesday, July 22 at the Prince of Peace Episcopal Church located at 420 Main Street in Dallas. The program will run for six weeks until August 30., and consists of a one-hour class twice a week, from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. This program is supported by a grant from the Blue Ribbon Foundation of Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The PACE exercise program is designed specifically for people with arthritis. It uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexi- bility and range of motion and to help maintain muscle strength.
