He was a graduate of Allentown High School. He received a degree from Villano- va University and was a 1955 graduate of the Massachusetts Imstitute of Technology, earn- ing a bachelor of science de- gree in building engineering and construction. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, serving as a lieutenant. He was employed as an engi- neer in Puerto Rico and was owner and operator of Kabeschat Construction Co., Dallas and Wilkes-Barre. He was a member of the Massa- chusetts Institute of Technolo- gy,s educational council and in 1965 received his diploma as a member of the American Soci- ety of Civil Engineers. He was preceded in death by wife. the former Rosemary Hre- ha; and sister, Ann M.
