Dymond, 81, of East Center Street, Shavertown, died Saturday, March 22 at the Hospice Care of the VNA, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Oscar and Laura (Dodson) Dymond. He was a 1939 graduate of Kingston Township High School and was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was employed by John Hancock Insurance Co. He was a member and president and treasurer of the Shavertown Fire Co. He was past president of the Circle Eighters Modern Western Dance Club and the American Legion, Dallas. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, the former Aileen Con- nors; daughter, Carol Eyet, Dal- las; son, Lauren, Shavertown; five grandchildren; four great- grandchildren; brothers, William, Orange; Marvin, Mid- dletown.
