Thresholds program needs volunteers The “Threshold” program at Chase Prison is seeking volunteers for the program that begins in September. Threshold is a decision-making program for inmates who are about to be released. The course is taught by volunteers, on a one- to-one basis over a period of nine weeks. The only requirement to becoming a volunteer is to be a caring person who wants to reach out to someone about to make a new beginning.
