High school stu- dents volunteer to make a mon- etary commitment to sponsor items of need as well as toys that the children have specified they want. Love, Adam Chorba Dear Santa Please bring the present of peace to Afghanistan and to stop Wendy’s gets okay for exit on Mill Street By ERIN YOUNGMAN Post Staff DALLAS — The Dallas Bor- ough zoning hearing board vot- ed unanimously December 19 to allow Wendy's to build an addi- tional exit onto Mill Street. The board heard from resi- dents of Mill Street and Wood- lawn Avenue who felt that an additional exit out of Wendy's onto Mill Street would cause their neighborhood duress. At least 10 residents attended the hearing. Wendy's applied for an addi- tional exit in 1995, but was de- nied due to the concern of resi- dents in that community. The restaurant's owners reap- plied in November, citing con- gestion issues that were causing unsafe conditions and business hardship. Paul Pasonick of Pa- sonick Engineering and two ad- ditional traffic engineers attend- ed the meeting.
