Wyoming Seminary 4, Dallas 0 KINGSTON — Wyoming Sem- inary overwhelmed Dallas, 4-0, in a Wyoming Valley Conference game Sept. 20. Although Seminary outshot Dallas 27-1, the Blue Knights led only 1-O at halftime after Tamra Morris tipped in a shot by Suchoski past Mountaineer goalie Roslyn Wentko. “Their goalie was awesome,” said Sem coach Karen Klassner of Wentko. “We earned our goals.” The loss didn’t discourage first-year Dallas coach Cindy Maier, who is seeing some good vital signs from her players. “We have so many girls who are willing to play their hearts out,” Maier said. “Tying it to- gether is the key. The skills are coming. The thoughtfulness is coming. Hudak made one save, and got a little help when a shot by the Mohawks hit the post. She hasn't allowed a goal this sea- son. O’Reilly’s family golf outing On Saturday, October 26, the Bishop O'Reilly Development Com- mittee will hold its first annual Family Golf Outing, with a 1 p.m. shotgun start, at the Four Seasons Golf Course in Exeter.
