For the past three years Mr. Swanger functioned as an adjunct in- structor for the counselor skills development-training course held at the Department of Corrections Training Academy in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, and during the past year, has been a member of the 1] curriculum development and design team. This team provides input and insight into the new counselor case management skills course. Once this course is fully developed, he will serve as an adjunct in- Structor.
