Pirates sweep pair over weekend The Pocono Pirates Pee Wee A Ice Hockey team won a pair of games against the Ice Time Polar Bears and Elmira Jackals at the Ice Box in Pittston last weekend. On Saturday the Pirates were led by Ricky Rose (Shavertown) with 2 goals and 1 assist to a 7-2 win over Elmira. Goaltender Drew Slocum (Shavertown) had 11 saves.
