Ron Viglone. & Dallas Kiwanis Club Annual Halloween Parade he annual Halloween Parade, spon- sored by the Dallas Kiwanis Club, drew dozens of costumed children on a chilly Sunday. Kiwanis is assisted by members of the Back Mountain Business and Professional Association, who judge costumes in five cate- gories, and put on a party in the Eastern Star building following the parade. First through third prizes were awarded in five categories: Prettiest, Funniest, Ugliest, Most Original and Best Group.
