The Blessing of the Animals at St. Therese's Church, Shavertown, celebrates the Feast of St. Francis of As- sisi. This year’s event brought out the biggest crowd Msgr. She received the two in July as a gift from friends who could no longer keep the father-daughter pair of Lhasa Apsos. Huntz's dog had passed away and she is grateful for her two new friends.
