The Louise Loucks Moore and W. Carver Collins Drama Award is giv- en annually to a junior who has participated in and contributed to Sem’s theater program, with special preference given to someone who works behind the scenes. Cecelia has worked backstage in many theater productions at Sem since her sophomore year. She participated in Mock Trial, chorale and Madrigal Singers. A member of the Spanish Club, Cecelia spent a month in Argentina in June of 2000 as part of an educational ex- change program. Cecelia Williams-Moen, Dallas, posed with W.
