The initiative helps rural residents to develop their leadership skills as they improve the quality of life in their local communities. Bloomers host workshop at flower show The 2001 Northeast Pennsyl- vania flower Show “Weddings in bloom” is the second largest flower show in Pennsylvania. This celebration of weddings will be displayed at the 2001 North- east Pennsylvania Flower Show, May 4, 5 and 6 in the Kingston Armory. Everyone is encour- aged to enter the show. For anyone interested in entering the table design classes, the Back Mountain Bloomers will hold a design workshop for table designs on Thurs., April 19, at 10 a.m. at the Prince of Peace Church in Dallas.
