Krystal an eighth grade student at Dallas Middle School, entered a calendar contest called “Recycle Pennsylvania 2001”. Her poster was one of 26 chosen to be used in the Pennsylvania Recycling 2001 Calendar. More than 6,000 posters were entered in the con- test sponsored by the Pennsylvania Departments of Education and Environmental Protection.
