Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Katherine Balavage Kupstas. She resided in Shavertown for more than 50 years, where she was a member of St. Therese's Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter P.; brother, Charles Kupstas; sisters, Cecelia Link and Theodora Germick.
