Dave will be speaking on “God’s Blue- print for Dynamic Church Growth and Health” Dr. Dave Earley is the Senior Pastor of New Life Community Baptist Church in Gahanna, Ohio. Prior to planting New Life, Dave pastored in Virginia and was Di- rector of Discipleship for Liberty University. He also served as president of a church planting organization called Change a Na- tion. He has received awards for preaching, church planting, and church growth, and received the 1995 Eagle Award as Alumni of the Year from Liberty University. Dave graduated from Liberty in 1981 (summa cum laude) with a B.S. in Pastoral Counseling and earned his M.Div. degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Semi- nary (magna cum laude) in 1985. He received an honorary doctor- ate from Liberty University in 1998. New Life was founded in 1985 by Dave and a team of graduates from Liberty. Since then, it has grown from 12 to an average weekly attendance of over 1200 and a staff of 19. New Life is a cutting-edge, team-oriented, pur- pose-driven, seeker-sensitive church with contemporary wor- ship and drama.
