Sensbach’s pottery, photos on display SPECIAL VA IS The atmospheric photos and graceful pottery of Dallas area artist Skip Sensbach will be on display at the MacDonald Art Gallery, College Misericordia, from June 4-30. A gala Meet the Artist reception will be held Sunday, June 4 from 2-5 p.m. Both exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. The exhibit, titled "Recent Forms and Images" will include about 30 image transfer photographs and 30 pieces of pottery. Sensbach began throwing pottery about four years ago, taking lessons from the late Cindy Parrs, a well-known Back Mountain potter. His memories of her talent and dedication to her students continues to inspire his work, he said.
