All payments made prior to the close of the tax collector's office hours, and those postmarked on or before the March 31 deadline, will be accepted at rebate value. Anyone mailing in their taxes e period to end March 31 should enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for a paid re- ceipt. Those who escrow their taxes should forward the bills on to their mortgaging company for payment. Per capita and street light bills are paid by the home- owner /resident. Kingston Township seeking planning commission applicants The Kingston Township Board of Supervisors are accepting applications or letters of interest for an upcoming vacancy on the Township Planning Commission. The planning commission is responsible for reviewing all sub- division applications for compli- ance with the township's land use ordinances and making recom- mendations to the board of super- visors. The planning commission also recommends changes to township ordinances to better control land use. Planning com- mission meetings are held monthly, with an occasional spe- cial meeting.
