The Dallas Post Dallas, PA Wednesday, October 20, 1999 Jennifer Judge marries Edward Yonkoski Jennifer Noelle Judge and Edward Christopher Yonkoski were united in marriage on Friday, July 30, 1999, in Firwood United Methodist Church, Wilkes-Barre. The Rev. Bette Poe performed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of William and Dorothy Judge, Harveys Lake. She is the granddaughter of Mary Sokoloski, Edwardsville and John and Anne Judge, Florida. The groom is the son of Edward Anthony and Maureen Yonkoski, Dallas. The bride was escorted by her father and chose her sisters, MaryAnne Judge and Michelle Mason, as maid and matron of honor. Kylie Shafferkoetter was a bridesmaid. The groom chose his brother, David Yonkoski as best man. Groomsmen were John Yonkoski, brother of the groom and Frederick Mason. David Judge, brother of the bride and Ned Shuman pre- sented scriptural readings. Kylie Shafferkoetter read a poem by Hilda Morley. Musical selections were performed by organist Regina Waldorf, aunt of the groom and soloist, Christine Gozick. _of the congregation. The groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner in their home. The bride was honored by a bridal tea at the Beaumont Inn, Beaumont, hosted by her bridesmaids. Mrs. Yonkoski is a graduate of Lake-Lehman High School. Shereceived her B.A. in creative writing from King’s College and most recently, an M.F.A. in poetry from Goddard College. She is a writer and an adjunct lecturer at King's College, Penn State University and Luzerne County Community College. Mr. Yonkoski is a graduate of Dallas High School and Luzerne County Community College. He is employed by Matus Enterprises. The couple honeymooned on Roanoke Island on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and currently reside in their Dallas home.
