He was a graduate of Noxen High School. Before retirement, he was em- ployed as a clerk in the motor control department of Procter & Gamble Co., Mehoopany. He was an Army Air Corps vet- eran of World War II, and was awarded the Distinguished Fly- ing Cross and the Air Medal. He was a member of the Kunkle United Methodist Church, the George M.
