O’Leary Council 8224, has announced details for their 1999 fund- raising project for the benefit of the Pennsylvania Association of Retarded Citizens (ARC), a group founded in 1949 to help mentally challenged children lead more productive lives. “This is such a worthy cause; as always, we are proud to support it”, said Len Perkowski,; member: of the Dallas K of C and longtime Council ARC Campaign Chairman. Perkowski added, “the success of this campaign depends upon everyone getting involved, so please contribute when you see a collection at your church, bank or supermarket”.
