Taroli, 13, of Dallas, will star in the Pocono Playhouse’s production of “The Little Mermaid” on August 22 and 29. Roberts, 27, was arrested June 27 by Harveys Lake Borough pa- trolman James Karlowicz after police were called to a domestic dispute at Roberts’ home. Witnesses stated that a white van drove into Hemlock Gardens with a man, Roberts and her 20- month-old baby. The man was throwing beer bottles out of the van before he jumped out of the vehicle while it was still moving. Scott Roberts, Cerise Roberts’ husband, jumped into the van and put it into park. Mrs. Roberts ran into the house and then ran back to the van. When Mr. Rob- erts tried to stop her, Mrs. Rob- erts began to hit, punch, bite and kick him, according to police re- ports. Mrs. Roberts was charged with simple assault, recklessly endan- gering another person, harass- ment, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and furnishing al- cohol to aminor. Related charges of aggravated assault, endanger- ing a child and theft by unlawful taking were dismissed. THREE PLEAD GUILTY TO HARASSMENT Sweet Valley resident William S. Roper, 18, and Dallas residents Thomas Paradan, 18, and John P. Zajkowski, 19, pled guilty to ha- rassment after they were arrested by state trooper Jeffrey H. Montross. The three were charged for assaulting Charles Dale Atkinson after an argument oc- curred between the them.
