JOHN TUZINSKI John Tuzinski, 66, of Shadetree Road, Shavertown, died July 4, 1998 in the Hospice Care of the VNA of Luzerne County Inpatient Unit of Heritage House, 80 E. Northampton St., Wilkes-Barre, where he was a patient for one week. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Dec. 27, 1931, he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Grochowski Tuzinski. He lived for most of his life in the Wilkes-Barre area, before moving to Shavertown in 1973. He graduated from GAR Me- morial High School in 1949. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by the Bell Atlantic Tele- phone Co., Wilkes-Barre. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Wilkes- Barre. He and his wife, the former Martha Klokus, celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary on Oct. 10, 1997. He was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph, Benjamin and Edward Tuzinski and a sister, Mary Maisano.
