She was a former resident of Harveys Lake. ; Born in Austria-Hungary in 1899, she emigrated to the United States with her family in 1909. She attended Larksville schools and graduated from Wanamaker’s Training School, Philadelphia, as a children’s nurse. She owned and operated the Villa Cappellini Restaurant, North Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, with her husband. She was a member of St. Therese Church, Wilkes-Barre. She was past presidnt of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 967 and an honorary member of the Harveys Lake Women’s Club. She was a member of the Kingston Garden Senior Citizen's Club and the Back Mountain Mercy Hospital Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rinaldo Cappellini, former president of District One United Mine Workers; five broth- ers and two sisters. Her son, R. Robert Cappellini, was declared missing in action during World War II. Surviving are a son, Judge Gifford Cappellini and wife Dor- othy; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren, her brother, Vincent: Evan, ‘NY; sister, Josephine Evans, NJ. Campbell, 83, formerly of Briarcrest Road, Idetown, died Nov. 22, at home in North Fort Myers, FL. Born in Forty Fort, he was the ‘son of the late Doyle and Lucretia - Sickler Campbell. He graduated from Wyoming - High School and aircraft mechanic’ + school in Michigan. He was an aircraft mehcanic for the former Smith Flying Ser- vice at the Wyoming Valley Air- ~ port where he also taught avia- tion cadets during the 1940s. He was later employed at Wagner Construction, Kingston, and retired in 1979 from Ameri- | can Lh Co., Chase. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Thompson Campbell; brothers, Lester, and Clyde; great-grandson Michael Blaine. Surviving are his son, Dale E., Dallas; daughter, Shirley Wentzel, Idetown; brothers, Claude, Shickshinny; Dana, Sweet Val- ley; Lyle, Dallas; sister, Emma Lutz, Dallas; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great- great-grandchildren.
