For Jim, who grew up in the 100-year-old house his grandfather built in West Pittston, it’s time to close that deal. The Heffers’ house, on a nearly two-acre lot with a detached two-car garage, is now on the market, listed at $285,000 by Bob Post at Prudential Landmark Properties.
