'Phantom’ opens Sept. 19 at Music Box This American musical sensation has enraptured audiences and critics with its melodic songs and expertly-crafted book throughout the century. Additional performances of Phantom are Sept. 20, 21; 25-28; Oct. 2-5; and 9-11. The Sept. 20 performance is a Gala Performnace, entitled “An Evening with the Phantom”, which will be the initial fund-raiser of the 1998 Season. Patrons of The Music Box and the General Public are invited to this special performance. A donation of $50 per person will assist The Music Box Players in achieving financial goals for the 18th Season.
