Aperson 11 years of age and under may not operate a personal watercraft under any circum- stances. 2. A person 12 to under 16 years of age may not operate a personal watercraft unless: -a. With the operator, there is at least one person 18 years of age or older on board. or b. The operator must have ob- tained a boating safety certificate issued or recognized by the Com- mission and there are no passen- gers on board under the age of 18. - Unacceptable Boating Practices (Applicable to All Boats): .Cause a boat to become air- borne or completely leave the water while crossing the wake of an- other boat when within 100 feet of the boat creating the wake. Weave through congested traf- fic. Follow too close to another boat, including personal watercraft. For the purposes of this paragraph, following too close shall be con- strued as operating in excess of slow, minimum height swell speed within 100 feet to the rear or 50 feet to the side of another boat that is underway, unless the boats are operating in a narrow chan- nel, in which case the boats may operate at the speed and flow of other boat traffic. Operate within 100 feet of a waterskier being towed by an- other boat. TUESDAY - Labor Day Special - Chopped steak w/cheese, oven brown potatoes, baked beans, let- tuce/tomato/onion, tomato juice, strawberry shortcake. WEDNESDAY - Oriental Day - Sweet & sour pork, parslied rice, Oriental vegetables, tomato juice, whole wheat bread, lemon pud- ding. THURSDAY - Roast turkey w/ stuffing and gravy, whipped pota- toes, broccoli w/lemon, dinner roll, baked apple w/cream.
