Mrs. Ronald Demidovich, Dallas was soprano soloist. She isa member of Mozart Club, Oratorio Chorus and First Presbyterian Church Choir of Wilkes-Barre. She encouraged the audience to join in singing several selections. Mrs. Robert Carey, Dallas, was pianist. She isa member of Mozart Club and treasurer of the club. She has been a member of the Mozart Choral for many years. Classical music was presented by a flute trio. Konigus receives honor for heroism in care home fire Correctional Officer I Joseph Konigus was given a letter of Commendation for his heroic actions while assisting in the tragic fire at the Country Manor Personal Care Facility on May 13, at Harveys Lake. Without any concern for his own safety, Officer Konigus rescued several residents from the fire, which killed nine people. The men from our area are | looking to have a conference here 1 in N.E.
