Kingston's Winter Parking Ordinance Kingston Township Police Chief James Balavage would like to remind residents that the Township Winter Parking Ordinance is effective through Mar. 31, 1997. Under this ordinance residents are prohibited from parking vehicles on township streets between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily. The Chief also reminds residents that vehicles are not permitted to be parked on township streets during snow storms or for eight hours - after the end of a storm. Junior Mozart Club meetings The Junior Mozart Club meets monthly and is sponsored by the Senior Mozart Club of Wilkes-Barre, a 90-year old musical organiza- tion.
