Byank and Peter Paul Mahalick were united in marriage on May 18, 1996 at the Church of Christ Uniting, Kingston. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Charles E. Johns. The bride is the daughter of the late Donna E. Bottita and “William F. Byank. The groom is the son of the late Helen and .* Martin Mahalick. The bride, given in marriage by her father chose her sister . VictoriaJ. Teodorescu, M.D. as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Marcia Huntsman and Carel Marino, friends of the bride, Marie Mahalick daughter-in-law of the groom and Carol ~Mahalick, daughter of the groom. The groom chose David Bartkovitz, nephew, as best man. Ushers were Chuck Amato and Bernie Kovacs, both nephews of the groom, Stephen Shoemaker godson to the groom, Alexander and Andrew Teodorescu nephews of the bride. A scripture reading was given by Karen Herrera,-daughter of the groom. Lighting of the Memory Candle was by Sharyl Byank, sister of the bride and Alexander and Andrew Teodorescu. Musical selections were performed by Diane Baumann, soloist, William Johnson, organist, Melissa Mariani and Jennifer Pesotine, violin and Tara Weich, flute. The reception was held at Celestino’s, Dupont, with music provided by Chick Colarusso. A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the couple at Allanti, King- ston. The bride was honored with a bridal shower hosted by the bridal attendants at Genetti's, Wilkes-Barre. Mrs. Mahlick is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University and the University of Chicago Hospital and Clinics. She is employed by Luzerne County Community College. Mr. Mahalick is the Plant manager [or Stillwater, Augusta Springs, Va. Following a honeymoon trip to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Dallas. Party for children at Fellowship church A fall celebration for kids will be held at the Fellowship Evangelical Free Church, Hildebrandt Rd., Dallas, Oct. 31, 6-8 p.m. Fun, snacks, games and entertainment by clowns for kindergarten through 6th graders will be featured. The double ring ceremony was performed by Rabbi Michael Joseph. The bride is the daughter of Judy and Tom Rosing of Dallas. The - groom is the son of Mary Lou and Robert McCalley of Chevy Chase, Maryland. The bride was honored at a shower in Potomac, Maryland, hosted by Dade McMahon, Kathy Neale, Mary Tappen and Libby McCalley. A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Tia Queta Restaurant in Bethesda, Maryland. The bride given in marriage by her father and mother, chose Alicia Block as her maid of honor and Kimberly Blaine, Libby McCalley and Megan O'Brien-Wollston as bridesmaids. Mannie Pallia, friend of the bride also participated in the cermony. Michael McCalley, brother of the groom served as best man. Marci is a graduate of Dallas High School and the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Patrick is a graduate of Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School and Lehigh University, where he received a bachelor of science in economics. He is employed by Ryland Mortgage Company as a loan officer.
