Davis was arrested June 3 by Jackson Township assistant po- lice chief Jerome Leedock for flee- ing police pursuit. She was also cited [or driving with a suspended license. According to court documents, Leedock saw Davis driving on Smith Pond Road and recognized her from a traffic stop June 25, in which he had found out her driver's license is suspended. When Leedock activated his lights and siren to pull her over, Davis increased her speed, ran a D.U.I. ARRESTS Two defendants waived their rights to preliminary hearings on D.U.I. charges July 2 before Dis- trict Justice James Tupper and are free on $300 bail. * Forty Fort resident Francis Fleming, Jr. was arrested May 10 by Kingston Township officer Wade Curtis after running his car off the road and onto a guardrail on Hillside Road. Fleming told police he had missed the turn in the road. After failing field sobriety tests, he took a blood test which showed his blood alcohol level to be .254. more than twice the .10 legal limit. stop sign on Jackson Road- and drove through a constructionar ea. at a high rate of speed.
