Franklin St., Wilkes-Barre. The presentation willlast approxi- mately two hours. The seminar is open to all high school juniors and their parents, interested in applying for Air Force ROTC scholarships or for an Air Force Academy nomination, and any high school seniors consider- ing joining Air Force ROTC. Air Force ROTC is offered at approximately 600 colleges and universities in the United States, including 13 in northeastern Pennsylvania.
