Sunday was his birthday, too. to alumna Agnes Gregson Dallas resident Agnes Gregson is one of four former trustees of Wyoming Seminary, who will re- ceive the school’s highest honor - the Distinguished Service Award in ceremonies November 10. A 1935 graduate of Wyoming Seminary, Gregson is a Dallas native and a graduate of Skid- more College. One of Seminary'’s most loyal and active alumnae, she has served as president of the Alumni Association and is cur- rently a member of its Alumni Council. A Seminary trustee from 1974 to 1977, she received the schools’ Outstanding Alumni Award in 1983 and was named to Semi- nary’s Sports Hall of Fame in 1975. Reunion committee will meet Nov. 3 The Dallas High School Class of 1971 will hold a 25th reunion planning meeting November 3, at 7:30 p.m. at Grotto Pizza. Her work as a travel agent is well-known to Wyoming Vailey residents. Beginning her career with Miners National Bank of Wilkes-Barre, she joined the First Eastern Bank travel department in 1965 and in 1979 the Valley Automobile Club, she she still works today. She is a member of the board of the SPCA of Luzerne County and a committee member with the Wyoming Historical and Geologi- cal Society. Other Distinguished Service Award recipients are Bishop James M. Ault of Fogelsville; Frederick D. Sarkis of Merritt Is- land, FL and Dr. Edward Shafer of Kingston.
