The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat is ¥ Ny Commission is inviting artists to enter a contest that could result in their work being pictured on the 1997 Pennsylvania Trout/ Salmon Stamp. The stamp is required of Pennsylvania trout and salmon anglers, who must pur- chase one annually and affix it to their licenses. Artists are invited to submit a work that features any one of two dozen select Pennsylvania streams. The work that is judged best in the contest will then be reproduced and depicted on the 1997 Trout/Salmon Stamp and =~ Print.
